DJ steep belt conveyor

Accompanied with the advantages like simple structure、reliable performance and easy to maintenance of ordinary belt, DJ large-obliquity conveyer belt with sides has been used widely in recent years due to its special features, such as large-obliquity convey、impact structure and small floor space, specially for the position where needs high hoisting height.
　
Made up of base belt、guard board and clapboard, the appearance of base belt looks the same to ordinary conveying belt, while the horizontal rigidity is stronger with wavilness sides; according to different sections, divided into T、C、and TC type. The T type applies to the situation whose obliquity β≤40°, and C type is suitable for the situation whose obliquity β＞40° with good material fluidness, and TC type can be used for the situation with more than 40° obliquity with larger stickiness.
