Bucket elevator

Features
1、Wide lifting range. This kind of elevator has no too much limit to the variety、feature and block size. Not only can be used for lifting powder、principle and massive material, but also the  grinding material are available. The temp of material should be ≤250℃.
2、High conveying capacity. With spec from NE15 to NE800, the lifting capacity can be at the range of 15-800m3/h.
3、Lower driving power. By inflow for feeding and discharging with gravity induction, adopt intensive layout hopper with large capacity, the speed of chain is lower with high hoisting capacity. When lift the material, there is almost no recirculating scrap and digging phenomenon, so the driving power is only 25%-45% of ring chain bucket elevator.
4、Long service life. By inflow feeding, there is less extrusion and impact among materials, the design of this machine can guarantee there is no sprinking when feeding、hoisting and discharging, this can prevent the particle from wearing, conveying chain adopts plate link chain and high strengthen anti-wearing chain, so the service life of chain and hopper can be prolonged. According the experience around the world, the conveying chain can be used for 5 years more.
5、Hoisting height. With lower chain speed, this series machine adopt plate link chain high strengthen anti-wearing chain, so the lifting height can be lifted as many as 40m more.
6、Good seal with less environment pollution.
7、High reliable performance. The advanced design can guarantee the reliability of the whole machine, the non-failure time can as much as 30,000 hours more.
