Application area
◆As a normal consecutive conveying equipment, this machine adopts the belt with undulance sides and diaphragm, so it is specially suitable for large-obliquity conveying.
◆ This machine applies to the industries like coal、chemical engineering、building material、metallurgy、electric power、drain、port and alike, under -15℃-+40℃ ambient temperature, this machine can convey 0.5-2.5t/m3 bulk material.
◆ For special material, suck as high-temp、acid 、base or oil as well as organic solvent, all these should be adopted with special conveying belt.
◆ 0°-90°conveying obliquityMain features:
◆Using large-obliquity conveyer to convey the bulk material can save floor space with a random angle which can not be realized by ordinary conveyer.
◆ With mechanical belt conveyer can save investment cost by 20%-30%, it will obtain a better effect when used for coal industry.
◆When compared with ordinary conveyer、hopper hoister 、slat conveyer, it has a better complicated technical performance.
◆With a conveying capacity as many as 6000m3/h and the vertical hoisting height can meet 200m.
◆ When convey the material vertically, the conveying particle size can reach 200mm.

Layout and general requirements
◆Not allowable to set up feeding device in the curve section.
◆ It is better to set the feeding point at level section as well as incline section.
